While all standard visits are virtual, mobile visits are available for select services upon request (travel fees apply). We are also planning future in-person events and a wellness location, so stay tuned.
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection. You will complete any paperwork online beforehand, then meet your provider over a secure video call. It is private, simple, and there is nothing to install beyond a link we send you.

Your journey begins with a free 15-minute discovery call to determine if we are the right fit for your needs. From there:
- Initial intake appointment: 60 minutes, with virtual paperwork completed beforehand.
- Review of findings: 60 minutes to go over your lab results and launch your personalized treatment plan.
- Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes, two times per month during your 5-month program.

We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill for diagnostic services, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
